Blog Post #3

Group Members Present:

All.

We all viewed the footage that we took during the first day of shooting and then Ryan put the video together at a later time. Our concept changed a little when it came to how our video was put together. Instead of showing what Amie is doing wrong and then right, we assembled the video to show what she did wrong in all areas, and then we demonstrate how she can make simple changes to be more sustainable.

Blog Post #2

Team members present at the shoot:

Rachel and Rachel

It was a random nice day out that both Rachel's had free, so we got together, but couldn't get a hold of Ryan. We figured that because our idea was so simple, the shooting wouldn't be too hard, and Ryan is the member who is editing. Two of Rachel L's friends helped with the shoot, and are the two people in the video (and maybe there is a sneak peak of Iggy, Rachel L's annoying cat).

The only thing that changed from our original concept is that we were going to show composting, but it ended up being too tricky to even try. Instead we went with shutting the water off when you brush your teeth.

Our Ideas- Blog Post #1

Rachel L., Rachel G., and Ryan all attended this meeting.

Our Concept: Our video is inspired from Harry Potter. Throughout the video, a muggle will continuously be doing activities that are not sustainable. Then a "wizard" will pop into the video, saying the magic spell (AUDEAMUS) and the person will then do the same action in a more sustainable way.

Our Roles: Rachel L. will be the cameraman, Rachel G. will produce the video, and Ryan will do the majority of the editing.

Our Six Sustainable Actions:

Cleaning with Green Products

Using Energy-Efficient Light Bulbs

Recycling

Riding Bicycles Instead of Driving Cars

Using Reusable Mugs

Not Wasting Water
